Steelfest returns with an amazing line-up. The four-day event offers the most extreme bands of the death/black metal genre that all the fans of extreme metal will be having a mandatory road trip to Hyvinkaa, Finland in May 2022. So far 42 bands have been announced. The festival will take the same place as the previous Steelfest events have been arranged during the 10 years. All of you making the plans now, be quick to obtain or upgrade the tickets, as this one of kind lifetime line-up is so rare in Finland ever. All the respect to the organization of Steelfest.

TICKETS:
All bought tickets for Steelfest 2020/2021 are valid for Steelfest 2022. You can also upgrade your 2-day ticket to be 3 or 4-day ticket. To upgrade your 2-day ticket contact your ticket vendor. There was supposed to be an automatic system to upgrade from this Sunday (29.08.) but the vendor made a mistake. No automation. No worries, all bought 2-day tickets will be contacted via e-mail and you can also contact the vendor to upgrade your tickets. Do not hesitate with this.

FESTIVAL CAMPING
We are seeking a new camping site near the festival area, which we can be used for the whole festival period. Camping tickets will be sold separately. Already bought camping tickets
are valid for 2022 edition. More info about camping TBA in near future.
OTHER INFO
Hyvinkää is relatively close to the international airport of Helsinki, about 30-40 minutes from the airport. The venue itself is an old wool factory, which lays a gloomy set-up and atmosphere for the extreme metal bacchanal. The place is situated in the centrum of Hyvinkää, only 500 meters from the railway station. More info on the Finnish railway, local trains, and tickets www.vr.fi/en/
If looking for accommodation, check out Booking, Airbnb, Hotels.Com (remember the festival town is Hyvinkää) and just in case remember to check out towns nearby Hyvinkaa to find hotels (Riihimaki, Jarvenpaa) if hotels in Hyvinkaa are sold out.
To and from Hyvinkää :
– 40 – 55 minutes by train from Helsinki-Vantaa international airport.
– 35 – 45 minutes by train from Helsinki main railway station (trains also after last bands back to Helsinki)
All services (shops,restaurants,fast food,ATM, pharmacy, shopping mall with over 100 shops) 200 meters from festival gates.
