30th Anniversary of Type O Negative’s debut gets the ROG treatment

Spread the metal:

Slow, Deep and Hard is the debut studio album from Type O Negative, released June 11, 1991 on Roadrunner Records.
The album has a rawness that was prominent in Peter Steele’s previous band, Carnivore, but it incorporates elements that became standard for Type O Negative, merging styles including doom metal, goth rock, new wave and industrial music.

Out of print on wax for seven years, ROG (THE destination for the best metal on vinyl) is reissuing Slow, Deep And Hard worldwide. The 2LP set comes pressed on 2 different color vinyl options, features a deluxe tip-on style gatefold jacket like our other Type O reissues and includes a unique poster exclusive to this release. A limited clear and green mixed color vinyl edition is available to purchase only @RunOutGrooveVinyl.com or the Type O Negative merch store @ Store.RoadRunnerRecords.Com/Type-O-Negative/Music.html while supplies last.

Once the limited clear and green color edition is sold out we will offer a standard green and black color vinyl edition that will also be available in stores once we ship. Revolver Magazine will be offering a transparent red and black mixed color vinyl exclusive of only 500 copies.
