Los Angeles-based guitarist Brad Jurjens (Yngwie Malmsteen’s Guitar Gods finalist) has released a cover of Irish guitar virtuoso Gary Moore’s classic “Over the Hills and Far Away”. Just in time for late Moore’s 68th birthday on Saturday, April 4th.

“I heard that song for the first time when I was around 12” says Jurjens. “I thought it was the coolest stuff ever, and I thought it would be really sick to be able to play it myself one day”.

This is the first collaboration between Brad Jurjens and Haifa, Israel-based singer Lev Kerzhner. The two are working on a new album titled “Conjure the Beast”, due out later this year.

Jurjens’ first solo album, called “Deranged”, featuring singer Jeff Scott Soto (Sons of Apollo) and bassist David Ellefson (Megadeth), was released in 2017 under Nailboard Records label.
