It appears an old life maxim has just been re-written.  Good things come to those who spill their creative guts, not those who wait.

Example: Los Angeles-based SLAYER fan Jake. In a truly ingenious effort to raise money for SLAYER tickets by offering to sell his 1997 Ford Escort LX, Jake and his friends filmed a spoof of Lincoln’s recent Matthew McConaughey commercial and released it on YouTube on Monday.

Today, three days and over 61,000 views later, SLAYER’s Tom Araya took time off from his studio sessions to respond toJake’s Hail Mary throw.
