As I promised, I borrowed a couple of Death Metal CDs just to review them on the board based on my personal tastes and here is the first one I picked. This is not a new release but I don’t remember seeing a review posted so I’ll do it anyways.

The first track is an intro that might come as a cliché for some of you because it’s pretty much made out of an intro that brings the feel of the winds of Satan into play and then fires a whole 41:37 minutes of non stop brutal death metal. Krisiun features some top line musicianship and it’s displayed through the entire album. The most amazing thing about this one (in my opinion) is not the insane double bass and blast beating that litteraly rain upon you all the time, it’s the guitar leads that that this CD to whole new level, they are actually thought of, not just slapped together like some other bands I’ve heard (*coughangelcorpsecough*).

To sum it up, this is a must for brutal death metal fans, I’m not a die hard of the genre, but I know I loved this album.
