Best thing about working for MR: What isn’t good! Free passes to see gigs, meeting bands, interviewing, getting new material to review – am never short of something to listen to :)
Worst thing about working for MR: Making sure I keep on top of emails and posting up all the new gigs for the team!
How/when you first got into metal: When I was at school nu-metal was getting big but my luckily my friend’s brother liked something a bit harder so she introduced me to some stuff – and I was hooked! Then I used to check liner notes in CD booklets and check out the bands that the bands liked and it snowballed from there. It wasn’t so easy without the internet lol you had to put some effort in!
