NAMM 2008: George Lynch (Dokken) jamming with Alexi Laiho (Children of Bodom)

I checked out George Lynch jamming with Alexi Laiho on Mr. Scary and Tooth And Nail. I knew George Lynch was a killer guitarist, but I was really blown away by this performance. George Lynch jokingly scolded the sit in drummer for accidentally ending Mr. Scary before he properly ended his face melting solo.

In my opinion Alexi Laiho really took a backseat for this jam session and seemed to follow George’s lead. Having said that, I think it was probably out of respect as I am pretty sure Alexi grew up idolizing George. Who wouldn’t? Absolutely shredding!
