On The Line
February 2006
Released: 2005, Perris Records
Rating: 4.0/5
Reviewer: Celtic Bob

San Francisco’s best kept secret have just released a new cd of 10 powerful hard rock tracks. It’s an overdose of raw energy and attitude all put on a plastic disc.

This self produced platter is some of the best guitar driven rock out there today. With songs like “I’m So Free” and “Lie For Love” you will know that guitar heavy music is alive and well. There is a bit of that Hollywood/Sunset Strip glam rock sound happening but with less sleaze and more edge. Vocally Davey is in fine form and really belts out the lyrics. His voice has a clean sound to it with no rasp or roughness to it and this adds drastically to that 80’s sound. The rest of the band are musically tight and do and excellent job. Nothing overly original but an excellent disc of good time Rock with a retro groove.
