The National Cemetery Orchestra
As Twilight Fades Into Night
June 2001
Released: 2001, Independent
Rating: 3.0/5
Reviewer: Waspman

An 11-track instrumental CD? “Oh shit.” Those of you who have been reading Metal-Rules! for awhile now probably know of my intense dislike of instrumental metal discs. A few songs here or there on a disc I can stand, but a full 50 minutes worth of instrumentals without vocals? Forget it. Funny how I like classical music then, eh?

Anyway, as you might expect, I immediately shoved this CD to the bottom of the pile for this month and was happy to forget about it for awhile. When I finally worked my way through the CDs to this one, I gave up and just put it in.
