Sapiency
Tomorrow
February 2014
Released: 2013, Saol
Rating: 3.5/5
Reviewer: Metal-Rules.com UK Team

Here comes the second album by Germany's uprising bruisers Sapiency, “Tomorrow” comes hot off the heels from their premier release “Fate's End” released three years ago. What “Tomorrow” features is a gut-guzzling concoction of classic European style Melodic Death Metal with unmistakable Thrash Metal elements.

Much like the newer style of Melodic Death Metal, this album speaks volumes (deliberate pun) and whilst listeners might draw comparison to bands like Scar Symmetry, they will be more mesmerized by the unrelenting force exerted on each of the tracks presented herewith.

This could be the album to see Sapiency rise amongst the elite and secure festival spots by, but if there is one thing to pick out from this sensational masterpiece, it would simply be the complex interaction between the vocals, guitars and drums, coalescing and coating each other with strains of the firmly-established Modern Metal era.
