Scar Culture
March 2002
Released: 2001, Century Media
Rating: 3.0/5
Reviewer: Mosquito

This is the debut album from one of Century Media's newest additions. These guys play an aggressive sound much like that of Cryptopsy but there are some elements in some songs that sound very Slipknot'ish which really annoys the hell out of me. This album is decent but would only be for die hards of the genre and even then I would recommend you listening to a few samples of the disc before you buy it. It's a good first try for these guys, if they could get rid of some of the Slipknot/Korn elements, this would be a really cool disc. Good first try for these guys and I wish them good luck on their next album. Hopefully I'll enjoy it a lot more than this one.
