Megadeth
Capitol Punishment: The Megadeth Years
December 2000
Released: 2000, Capitol
Rating: 4.5/5
Reviewer: Keith McDonald

Ah, Greatest Hits packages. Sure their a dime-a-dozen and are geared towards the fan who likes the band but not enough to buy all the albums. But I dig 'em. It's great to put a disc in my car stereo and hear hit after hit by a great metal band like Megadeth. Plus the fact that the new track Kill The King is great. I know the new songs were meant for a new studio album, but I'm glad this band is no longer on a major label. They left with a great disc with great songs including Sweating Bullets, Peace Sells, Hangar 18 and Symphony of Destruction. I like to get right to the point of an album and what it's worth. This album is worth every penny you pluck down. So do yourself a favor and pick this up as it will give you something to listen to until the new studio disc comes out this spring.
