Paint My Fear
August 2012
Released: 2011, Noisehead Records
Rating: 4.5/5
Reviewer: UK Team

HateskoR are a melodic death metal band hailing from Madrid. First formed in 2010 by young guitarist Alex Skorza (Ex Muro). Happy with the line up and a few live shows later, they recorded their first Album “Paint My Fear” in Local 18 studios, Spain.

Now from the blistering opening track, Far beyond the Stars right through to Where they Belong these guys know how to produce awesome sounds. With a mixture of melodies from keyboardist Ito, right down to the groove influenced guitar from Skorza and the powerfully brutal vocals supplied from Mc Leod. This powerful album is everyone’s cup of tea, with powerful drum beats produced by Thordek (even the name shouts Viking!) and sick ass bass riffs from Mon, this album will have you on your toes all the way through!

It’s funny to see how a group of Spanish metallers have really nailed your traditional Viking style in just one album. So if you do like your Viking metal then go grab yourself “Paint My Fear” or even if your not, it’s gonna blow your mind!!
