From out of the ashes of Razor and SFH, Bob J. Reid (aka. Bobnoxious) puts together a killer new band. This is their sophomore disc unless you count last years Xmas EP. The album is 14 Hard Rocking tracks in pure Bob style and fashion. The disc opener and title track gets you ready for the party and what a party it will be if you follow all the “Rules” to the game. Upon conclusion of the opening title track you start at the sound of the cap.

Slightly distorted guitar sounds are in abundance and solo’s are a plenty. Jeffy is an excellent guitarist and quite energetic to see live as well. With his trademark polka dot V in hand he will make a name for himself. His energy is captured well on the disc as can be. Bob’s raspy vocals are somewhat reminiscent of Lemmy in places and he is just as intense if not more. Stan and Wylie just pound away creating the loudest rhythm section on the planet. Wylie is just pounding the drums and giving them a major beating while Stan has the bass cranked up to 11 and laying down a great melody.

Lyrically speaking it is an album about booze, women, relationships and….well that’s life according to Bob. Some great twists and turns in the songs that seem a little typical for a moment. One of the greatest surprises of the disc is on the track “Main Attraction” which features the Campbell brothers Rob and Sandy of The Mudmen on Bagpipes. Yes you heard it correct…Bagpipes on a hard rock record. It adds tremendously to the song and is a very enjoyable listen. That’s another band to check out after you but this one.
