When Helstar formed in Texas in 1982, no-one knew in advance what kind of adventure this five piece would travel through up to 2009. Helstar have undergone a few line-up changes and even broke-up in the middle of the 90′s. The band released several highly appreciated metal albums in the 80′s which are now hailed as great masterpieces. The Texas metal group has an entire era and great opportunities of playing and touring in Europe. The band’s guitarist Robert Trevino talks about the most recent album THE KING OF HELL, their best of album SINS OF THE PAST, and of course recalls the 80′s heyday as well.
