On the tin it seems like an odd mix. Enslaved and Grand Magus hitting the road together for a co-headline tour may not have made the most obvious pairing, but while the two may differ in genre, they’re more than a match for each other when it comes to energy. Taking to the O2 Islington academy in London for the night its sure to be a killer performance.

Satyricon Interview With Frost

To say a band like Satyricon are rich in history is a very big understatement. The band themselves have become pioneers of the black metal scene, inspired hundreds of other bands – peers and alike to really step their game up.



From forming in Oslo in 1990, they have gone on to create the well known albums; Dark Medieval Times, Nemesis Divina,Now, Diabolical,The Age of Nero and most recent self titled release, among others. Gaining over time a reputation of being a sterling band, with both on and off stage dynamics of creativity and excitement. We had the chance to catch-up with long standing drummer Frost for a quick chat before their London show at the Scala.
