This was an amazing year for me and for all the TNT fans who were lucky enough to be at the concerts. Many of the shows were the best TNT shows ever in my opinion. Sadly it’s not possible for me to continue with the band. I won’t bore you with all the details…it’s nothing mind blowing and it’s certainly nothing new and it’s also best to respect the privacy of the band and keep our issues between us. At least that’s my goal. What I can tell you all is that I tried very hard once again to make it work for the long haul. I had really high hopes that it would last this time and that we would continue for years to come but it is a very volatile little machine. It’s a really great band with a wonderful catalog of music and I’m proud of all the work we’ve done and all we’ve accomplished over the years. I love our crew and appreciate all their hard work and dedication. I wish the other guys in the band well in life and in all their future endeavors. To the wonderful TNT fans…I know you feel deep disappointment right now and truly, so do I…more than you could ever know. My heart is broken, again, but I have no regrets about the past year and I’m really happy I could have such a wonderful final tour with the band for you guys. To all those who’s cities we didn’t reach, I apologize. It wasn’t for lack of desire on my part to get to you this time.
Onward and upward!
Love you all!

INTERVIEW AND PHOTOS BY MARKO SYRJALA
Tony Harnell’s return to TNT after seven year absence was one of last year’s biggest news in the world of hard rock. The reunion was officially announced in last October and the tour, “Intuition 25’Th Anniversary tour”, started from Norway in January of 2014. The tour reached Finland on July when the band played its first ever show in in Helsinki. Then I had a pleasure to meet always friendly Tony and discuss about various topics including the reunion, new TNT album, Anniversary DVD and the state of Tony’s solo career. Read on!

LEGENDS OF ROCK II
8’TH OF OCTOBER 2011
CLUB TEATRIA, OULU
REVIEW AND PICTURES BY MARKO SYRJALA
The Legends of Rock festival was now organized for the second time in Oulu, Finland. The festivals organizers believe strongly in the name of 80’s hard rock and metal and this year’s edition of the festival included a string of interesting bands which haven’t been performing in Finland for ages…if ever. Canadian band Helix was headlining the event. It’s been 26 years since their last visit so it was finally about time to see them again here. Although Norwegian TNT and Swedish Treat are located in our neighbor countries, still, neither of them played in Finland until now. Originally it was announced that German band Bonfire was also on the bill but for some reason or another they cancelled and were now replaced by local act called Ghost Machinery. It must have a little disappointment for the organizers that only approximately 300 people breezed in for the evening. Perhaps it was such a high ticket price or an oversupply of concerts in Finland, but still I was waiting for more people to show up. Anyway, there were no cancellations and all the bands were performing as announced. It was time to check out the today’s condition of the 80’s veterans…
