The song is called “Saint Patrick’s day” and is a song about the missionary Patrick who is the primary patron saint of Ireland and the lyrics is simply about his life and his legacy.
The album will hit the world on June 11 on Despotz Records and will be Civil War’s first full length album. The album is recorded at Studio Myhrer (the bed and livingroom of keyboard player Myhr), drums in legendary studio The Abyss/Black Lounge by Jonas Kjellgren. Artwork is done by the polish artwork artist Lukasz Jaszak.

This is the first sneak pre-listening from what “The Killer Angels” sounds like. This is the first single, entitled “I Will Rule The Universe”, it will be available for download from APRIL 11!!!

Civil War features ex-SABATON members Rikard Sundén (guitar), Daniel Mullback (drums), Daniel Mÿhr (keyboards) and Oskar Montelius (guitar), as well as vocal GOD Patrik Johansson (ASTRAL DOORS, LION’S SHARE) and bassist Stefan “Pizza” Eriksson (VOLTURYON).
Civil War will hit the studio in August. A debut EP will be issued, with a full length debut album to follow.
