Beasto Blanco, the band, fronted by long time Alice Cooper bassist Chuck Garric, will be releasing their first live CD entitled, Live From Berlin on January 19, 2018, via Rat Pak Records. Live From Berlin was recorded at the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Berlin, Germany during the 2016 sold-out Böhse Onkelz tour. Chuck Garric is most notably known as Alice Cooper’s bassist, but what people are starting to find out is that he is also fronting and playing guitar in his own band – Beasto Blanco. On November 25th he and his bandmates; Chris Latham [guitar], Jan Le Grow [bass], Tim Husung [drums] and Calico Cooper [vocals] will be releasing their self-titled CD via Rat Pak CDs. It’s the follow up to their 2013 release; Live Fast Die Loud.

Beasto Blanco is a force not to be reckoned with and destine to make an impact on the music industry.  Each song is a well crafted story delivered in a unique way to intrigue the mind and create thematic visuals. Songs that are a pummeling mix of energy and the macabre. Their first single is a cover of Alice Cooper’s “Feed My Frankenstein” with a creepy and erotic spin. The album is currently available for pre-order via Rat Pak CDs website at: http://smarturl.it/BeastoBlanco16.

I spoke with Chuck about their new release and how the band is evolving, growing, and finding their own identity.

Beasto Blanco – Video for their cover of “Feed My Frankenstein”

October 21st, 2016

Beasto Blanco, the band fronted by long time Alice Cooper bassist Chuck Garric, has released the first official video from their upcoming self-titled, sophomore release. “Feed My Frankenstein” is a cover of the Alice Cooper classic that features Cooper’s daughter on vocals. The video was released today and the single can be heard on the “Nights With Alice Cooper” radio show, which is syndicated on over 100 stations worldwide.  The song can also be heard at 15,000 AMC, Regal, Cinemark and NCM movie theaters in the United States throughout the month of November.

“I’ve been performing that song with Alice Cooper for years,” says Garric. “I talked to Alice and said ‘I’m thinking about covering ‘Feed My Frankenstein’ on the Beasto Blanco record.’ Alice responded with ‘I think that would be a great idea. I think you guys will really knock it out of the ballpark.’”

Beasto Blanco is the follow up to the bands critically acclaimed 2013 release Live Fast, Die Loud and is available on November 25, 2016 via Rat Pak Records. Influenced by bands such as White Zombie and Motörhead, Beasto Blanco’s all new 12-song, sophomore release is a potent mix of heavy riffs, driving bass and melodic choruses. The album is currently available for pre-order via Rat Pak Records website at: http://smarturl.it/BeastoBlanco16.
