***THE CLANS WILL RISE AGAIN*** – GRAVE DIGGER RELEASE ALBUM TITLE AND TRACKLIST
THE DEED IS DONE! The new Grave Digger album has been recorded and mixed! Together with new member Axel Ritt on guitars, the band entrenched themselves from mid-Mai to mid-July at the MEADOW STUDIOS of Axel Ritt and the PRINCIPAL STUDIOS, the place all albums have been recordet since “Heart Of Darkness” in 1995. Mixed by Jörg Umbreit and produced by Chris Boltendahl, THE CLANS WILL RISE AGAIN will lead the listeners back to the scotish highlands.
Chris Boltendahl, Jens Becker, Stefan Arnold, HP Katzenburg and Axel Ritt offer an explosive mixture of the typical GRAVE DIGGER riff metal, combined with awesome epic chorus hooks, which will fascinate the fans from the very first note. THE CLANS ARE BACK FOR ATTACK!
THE CLANS WILL RISE AGAIN is a loose sequel of the TUNES OF WAR album, but this time not a concept album about the scotish history, rather a work about scotland, it’s mysticism and it’s people.
THE CLANS WILL RISE AGAIN will be released in Europe by Napalm Records Oct. 1st 2010.

Today we are proud to announce NACHTMYSTIUM’s next step in global intoxication, as the psychedelically lethal horde will headline the most cerebrally brutal underground tours of the year. Be sure to head over to http://www.myspace.com/nachtmystium to acclimate yourself with this phenomenon.
Set to kick off in early September, NACHTMYSTIUM will be joined by brethren Zoroaster, The Atlas Moth and Dark Castle. Presented by Stereogum and Haunting The Chapel, the nearly month-long trek will weave it’s twisted path through sections of the Eastern and Midwest U.S. and into Canada for several dates, before coming to a halt in NACHTMYSTIUM’s Chicago stomping grounds, surely leaving a trail of smoldering cerebrums in its wake. Still heavily supporting their latest black-mangled-rock fantasy album Addicts: Addicts: Black Meddle Part II, which was released in North America in early June via Century Media, the other groove, space, doom, thunder and noise elements culminated by openers Zoroaster, The Atlas Moth and Dark Castle should prove this tour to be the most mind-melting of them all.
This headlining tour follows NACHTMYSTIUM’s meaty 2010 tour schedule, which has already included massive North American tours with Kreator and Voivod, Eyehategod, a European tour with Jarboe, appearances at several massive festivals including Roadburn, Festung Open Air and much more. The band will also be headed to Oslo, Norway to slay Oyafestivalen (Oya Festival) alongside Iggy Pop & The Stooges, The Flaming Lips and more on August 12th.
British crossover thrashers SSS have confirmed dates for a European tour, which starts at the end of July.
SSS, who have been taking a break and working on new material since a recent Irish tour in April with labelmates GAMA BOMB, will kick off the ‘Wreck and Annoy’ tour on July 30th in their hometown of Liverpool, before heading off to mainland Europe a few days later.
SSS vocalist FOXY comments:
“That’s right… Our ‘Wreck and Annoy’ Euro tour kicks off this August. We can’t wait to get out into Europe and make some noise. Always mega to see the sights and sounds of new cities, play with some mega bands, eat new food, catch up with old friends and make new ones. Plus rattle some brand new songs for our third LP, ‘Problems To The Answer’.
“We will have an über-limited run of our new SSShred SSSleds decks, ideal for shralping the many skate parks, gutters and scalps en route. Time you lot, and ourselves, got some sun – see you then.”

Sweden’s SPIRITUAL BEGGARS finally return to the spotlight with their first new studio album in five years, Return To Zero. Once again, the Beggars effortlessly manage to confirm they are a band that continues to defy musical boundaries and that delivers Classic Heavy Rock at its very best! The much anticipated disc is set for an Oct. 12th North American release via InsideOut Music.
SPIRITUAL BEGGARS uploaded a short audio sample of the new album as a pre-listening teaser. For more information please check the band’s MySpace profile, as well as their Twitter at the links below now. The official track listing is listed below as well. This album marks the group’s first offering with the extremely dynamic and talented Apollo Papathanasio on vocals.
The artwork of the upcoming album is done by the well known Brazilian artist Gustavo Sazes. SPIRITUAL BEGGARS’s guitarist Michael Amott states: “I’m extremely pleased with the Return To Zero cover! To me, it’s the quintessential SPIRITUAL BEGGARS artwork. The artist really managed to capture the essence of our band, the new album and the constant flow of cryptic ideas I was throwing at him. As I’m old school, I can’t wait to see this in its full glory on the vinyl LP. But hey, it’ll look cool as a minuscule image on your iPod too.”

Ibex Moon Records regretfully announces that the last four dates of the Campaign For Death Metal Purity Tour, featuring Gravehill, Cardiac Arrest and Hod, will not go on as planned. On behalf of Ibex Moon Records and the bands on the tour we would like to thank everyone who came out in support of true death metal. Though Hod dropped off the bill after the July 7th date in Austin, TX, other factors led to Gravehill and Cardiac Arrest canceling the final dates. Cardiac Arrest drummer, Jim “Grindhead” Deabenderfer issued the following statement. “We in Cardiac Arrest and Gravehill are disappointed to be in this position. Canceling shows is not something either of our camps are accustomed to. We are forced to drop these dates for purely logistic reasons, not financial. This should not reflect on any of the promoters for the dates in question – our plans simply had to change with the situation. Both Cardiac Arrest and Gravehill are committed to make up these four dates as soon as possible.”
The affected dates are as follows:
July 15th @ Buccaneer’s – Memphis, TN
July 16th @ Downtown Music – Little Rock, AR
July 17th @ Walters – Houston, TX
July 18th @ Ten Eleven – San Antonio, TX
The Campaign For Death Metal Purity Tour will conclude tonight in Indianapolis, IN at The Melody Inn with Gravehill and Cardiac Arrest playing alongside Abyss Records acts Maax and Christ Beheaded.
