Dutch extreme progressive technical metallers TEXTURES have issued the following update:

“It has been quiet the past few months in the TEXTURES camp as we have mainly been focusing on writing a new album, building a new rehearsal room and preparing for a few summer festivals with our new singer Daniel de Jongh. We shot our new podcast during our rehearsals with Daniel and the large amount of hours it took building a new rehearsal room.  View the podcast on our Youtube channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/texturestv.”

Upcoming live TEXTURES shows:
03 July 2010 Fortarock, Nijmegen, The Netherlands
24 July 2010 Sikelian Hell  Stadio Comunale L. Catella – Alcamo (TP), Italy

The band’s follow-up to 2008’s Silhouettes is due out in 2011.
