Bleed In Blue Eyes

2008, Independent

Rating: 2.5/5

Formed in 2004 this Australian mix AC/DC with The Black Crowes and do it relatively well. The songs are energetic and enjoyable to listen to but lack any originality. The whole CD is consistent yet predictable with only one real standout track and that being “Porcelene” which is a bit more bluesy than the rest. The band slowed it down a bit for this number and it worked quite well. The harmonica in this song is a nice touch and adds a great deal to it. The album is enjoyable to listen to but nothing on here is groundbreaking or something you haven’t heard before. With that said it is a good party record.< ?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
