Rock & Roll Is Dead

2006, Liquor and Poker

Rating: 3.5/5

From the start of this record you immediately think of 60’s British Invasion but with a bit of punk attitude. The British Invasion influence stays throughout the entire disc and thus creating a somewhat unique mix of songs and sounds.

The vast majority of the album is energetic rockers especially the track “Leave It Alone” which is the one that outshines the rest. With some excellent backgrounds and simple yet catchy beat make the song memorable and stand out. The rest of the disc is your average heavy Rock and Roll. It is much better than the majority of stuff you hear on today’s radio.
