Fellow Canadian, Damon Kelly unleashes a spectacular debut album under the name rocKarma. Produced by Bill Leverty of Firehouse, the disc also features Firehouse’s drummer (Michael Foster) and bassist (Allen McKenzie). All the vocals, backgrounds and guitar is handled by Kelly. This is truly a solo disc.

This rocKarma disc is a fresh sounding throwback to when great music actually ruled the airwaves. Amazing guitars throughout that are actually turned up to a decent level instead of being buried into the mix like allot of music nowadays. The production and mix of this album is fantastic, everything is crystal clear and at the perfect level and compliments each other without overpowering each other. An excellent source of high quality hard rocking music with a killer groove.

There are no filler cuts to be found here, everything is a hit. With songs like “Rock All Night”, “That’s All” and “Bush Party” you quickly realize it don’t get any better than this. This is a CD that needs to be turned up as there is no such thing as it’s too loud.
Great vocals, killer guitar work and solid song writing only prove one again that rocKarma is here to stay. This is definitely a band to look out for as they are destined for the Big Time.
