VOLUME I CD
Welcome to the behind the scenes / extended online
credits section of the first Metal-Rules.com CD compilation simply
entitled Volume I. This page is a way for you to find out more about the who,
what, when, where and why behind this compilation from both our
perspective and for each of the involved bands. An interview with each
of the bands on the CD is preceded by a brain-picking session with our
very own EvilG.

EvilG is the main person behind this compilation. The final selection
of bands, artwork decisions, layout, running order, etc. was decided by EvilG. Here's an interview with him about how this all came
to pass.

Since printing restrictions meant we couldn't print the lyrics to 16
songs in the booklet, we are providing the lyrics here for those of you
who have bought the CD and who like to have the lyrics on hand.
The Bands
Each band included on the CD was given the opportunity to
give some extended information both about their band and about the song
they have included on the CD. All were asked the same set of questions
in an effort to present equal information on each of the bands. Click on
the band's logo to read their interview.
